The meeting dress.

I have a meeting today, quite a serious one. I hadn't really thought about how I was going to do this whole dress thing, but given I have to actually meet people and represent my work I think I might have to keep some more subtle dresses from the stash for subtle occasions. 

This dress is from Farmers, it was super cheap. It's by Stich Ministry, it's one of those 'designer' dresses for big department stores. I really like the zip on this dress, the wee leather bits on the pocket and the lace in the fold at the front. It's an easy dress to wear but really I'm not fussed about it. People love it and I always get comments (probably because I look tidy) saying how nice it is. When I wear it with a blazer I look like a business woman, I can walk down the terrace and no one will notice me.

My baby sister is staying with me at the moment, she is such a delight to have around and makes me laugh, lots. She took the pictures this morning before the clouds arrived.
